Ms. Rehneel Leow stated that once a student completes the third-level SKM Certificate, the student is eligible to apply for a retail license ship

The rise of the Internet age has brought further options for graduates. Ms. Rehneel Leow – founder of SPIC Vocational Training College has 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Because of her love for sharing, she often shares her knowledge of beauty and make-up. At the same time, she constantly improves herself from beginner to becoming a professional, she feels that after learning from beauticians and clients they are very satisfied, therefore she decided to transform her business from beauty services into vocational training college.
